Vintage Best and Co Light and Dark Purple Velvet Cloche Flapper Hat Stunning vintage cloche flapper purple velvet hat. Original label, hand sewn and in great vintage condition. Interior diameter is about 21 and hat measures about 6 tall at the front. Front to back opening is 7 and side to side about 8.5 The velvet has a slightly stiff feel as if it has been starched.
